Xavi Simons

Xavi Simons is a Dutch professional footballer who plays as an attacking midfielder or winger for Bundesliga club RB Leipzig (on loan from PSG) and the Netherlands national team. He is celebrated for his incredible dribbling, vision, creativity, and maturity on the ball.

After being a highly-touted prospect in La Masia, Simons found his breakthrough at PSV Eindhoven, finishing as the joint-top scorer in the Eredivisie. His phenomenal performances earned him a move back to PSG and an immediate successful loan to RB Leipzig, where he emerged as one of the best young playmakers in Europe.

For the Dutch national team, Simons provides a massive creative spark. He scored an incredible goal against England in the semi-finals of Euro 2024. As the new face of Dutch attacking football, he will carry high expectations into the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
